Please contact your bank if you need assistance to send payment via bank wire. You are required to cover all bank charges/ fees yourself. Please make sure to elect to pay all fees/ your bank charges for the transfer yourself. In the wire transfer payment notes, please mention primary domain name and product name of your hosting account you are making payment for.
After successful payment, please open a ticket to our billing department and provide following details:

- Date of payment transaction
- Payment Transaction ID
- Originating bank account you sent payment from
- Title of the bank account you sent payment from
Please note: It may take several days to verify the payment. Once our billing department gets payment confirmation we will apply to your account as soon as possible.
To avoid any disruption in services you need to make sure to send your bank wire payment before due date of your invoice payment.
Please note that bank wire payments are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the payment will be added as credit to your hosting account. You can use your account credit to purchase any other Temok products or services or to pay for your hosting services invoice.
